Kurta Pajamas are handcrafted, and minor variations in stitching, embroidery, and patterns may occur.

Final Product Differences

Clothing Care Instructions

Due to the nature of certain fabrics, dyes, and embellishments, some garments may experience color bleeding or fading over time. To minimize this risk, we recommend following these guidelines to maintain longevity of the product: 

Dry Cleaning only

Items labeled “Dry Clean Only” must be professionally cleaned to prevent damage.

We are not responsible for issues arising from improper cleaning methods.

General Care:

Avoid direct exposure to sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading.

Store garments in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture damage.

Steam or iron at recommended temperatures to maintain fabric integrity.

Liability Disclaimer:

We are not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect washing, drying, or ironing practices.

Refunds/exchanges will not be granted for damage caused by improper care.

Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that minor differences may occur in the final product.

If unsure about colors or fabrics, customers may contact us for additional details.

Final Sale Policy

No Returns or Exchanges

All items labeled as Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review item details, sizing guides, and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery at  ucethnicwear@gmail.com. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, exchange or store credit.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure all details, including size, color, and quantity, are correct before confirming your purchase.
